This stunning home is based on the fringe of the Weald where it has undergone considerable remodelling and conversions, including:
Main House -
Full renovation of all rooms and hallways.
Including a re-structure of the main staircase, installation of oak flooring throughout. Remodel of the kitchen, dining and utility area and a restructure of the bedroom layouts. Bespoke cabinetry featured in almost every room and beautiful bathrooms from CP Hart were fitted.
External & Outbuildings -
Renovation of a grooms cottage create a beautiful self contained one bedroom apartment.
Constructing an oak framed building to house an outdoor kitchen and dining space by the newly reshaped pool and conversion of outbuildings into a games room, pool house and golf studio.
Multiple stable conversions into a wine cellar, music studio, bicycle work shop, boxing gym a gym and laundry room.
Complete internal renovation
Including a loft conversion, rear single story extension & new patio area
A project we are proud to say we have just completed in the stunning area of Sevenoaks. This house has been given a new lease of life.
Orchid Homes have completed a full remodel of the interior, adding a ground floor extension to create a large kitchen, dining area.
Through adding new side and rear dormers we were able to convert the attic space into a large master bedroom suite, with a walk-in wardrobe & large en-suite bathroom.

New build - From family farm land to dream home.
Orchid Homes have been a part of this journey from the very beginning. Having completed work for our clients whilst they lived in their family farm house, their dream was to get planning on their farm land and build a new build home. Adam and the team were able to guide them through the planning application phase to obtain full planning permission for a modern, 3 bedroom, open plan home.
Working closely with the clients, who remained on site in a static caravan throughout the build, Orchid Homes completed this project in approximately 8 months. The beautiful internal fixtures and fittings were carefully considered by our clients to create some extremely unique finishes. Our personal favourites are the copper slipper bath in the master bedroom and the floor to ceiling picture windows with internal blinds, showing stunning views across the south downs.
