Ide Hill 
Double storey extension and internal refurbishment

This project has allowed our clients to create an open plan living space that is perfect for modern day family living. To the rear we have completed a two storey infill extension that involved a roof remodelling and the addition of a sky light over the stairwell. Upstairs a luxurious ensuite and dressing room were added,  whilst on the ground floor an open plan kitchen, diner, and living space has been created. Underfloor heating has been installed beneath an engineered oak floor that flows throughout the ground floor.  The addition of a glazed roof over a side extension allows light to flood into a snug area and aluminium bifold doors opens up onto a huge wrap around decking area that is perfect for outdoor exercise and entertaining.

This project took approximately 12 weeks to complete. 

Tunbridge Wells
Double storey extension and internal refurbishment

Location was an important factor for our clients in this refurbishment.  They had a family home in a location that they loved, close to work, links to London and outstanding schools. The only problem was space to accommodate their growing family.  The answer was a double story extension to the side of their existing property. This would almost double the footprint of their home and provide much needed bigger kitchen diner, bedrooms with en-suites and a play room for the children. The project took approximately 8 months to complete although the final finishings took a little longer due to covid restrictions. The finish thanks to the clients attention to detail was immaculate.
